GomaDOS+ Internal Speakers

Hello all, I have a GomaDOS+ which I believe has internal speakers.
How or what do I need to do to get sound from them or is it dependent on the core you use?
If it is depending on core, I am using the Spectrum Next core if that helps amongst others.
