Minimig spinning boing ball splash screen
What files are required on the sd card to have the minimig spinning ball appear upon boot? I have it on my DE-1 minimig but it would be cool on my UnAmiga.
Thank you.
Thank you.

"minimig.art" + "minimig.bal" + "minimig.cop"

Thank you.
I will give that a try.
Cheers.

Solo un detalle: la primera vez que se inicia UnAmiga, no se ve la animación, es un problema al inicializar la SDRAM.

Re: Minimig spinning boing ball splash screen
how do I get it to show? I put the 3 files on my SD card, and nothing shows up when booting,
then the 3.1 workbench hd image loads. I cannot get the animated boing ball to show up.
shows up fine on my DE-1.
anything else i can try?

That is for the "fast kick load" flag in the core when you use the 68020 processor, its like the no logo flag in the modern PC BIOS. That flag dont show up in the OSD.
Try with 68000 procesor to test if show up.

Re: Minimig spinning boing ball splash screen
"la primera vez no se muestra", la segunda y posteriores "deberían mostrarse".
Esto es, cuando inicias UnAmiga la primera vez, podría ocurrir que no se viera la animación, pero despues de eso, si reinicias UnAmiga con el botón de reinicio (K3) o con el menú OSD (opción "reiniciar" o "reset" minimig) la animación "sí" se muestra. Solo falla en un inicio en frío, pero no en caliente.
google:
"The first time is not shown", the second and subsequent "should be shown".
That is, when you start UnAmiga the first time, it could happen that you did not see the animation, but after that, if you restart UnAmiga with the reset button (K3) or with the OSD menu (option "restart" or "reset" minimig ) the animation "yes" is displayed. It only fails in a cold start, but not in a hot one.

Re: Minimig spinning boing ball splash screen
K3 on the FPGA works,
if I reset using that it will work (with 68020).
i just have to drill a little hole so I have access to it.
thanks guys...
is there a way to do the same thing from the menu?
i have not found a way....yet.
