Where to find ua2-cores

Hi,
I own an Unamiga for the A500 with multicore support.
I only use the amiga-core and the c64-core, but now I want to use more. I only found jic-cores here in the forum.
How to use them? Did I need to flash them using the flasher-tool or can I use them like ua2-cores?
